Chick-fil-A @ 9 Mile Road gladly welcomes you to host a Spirit Night at our restaurant. This is an opportunity for your organization to earn money to support your school, charity, sports team, or ministry. Spirit Nights are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday nights from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Organizations must arrive for instruction & preparation at 4:45 p.m. the day of the event.
PROMOTION
You MUST PROMOTE THE EVENT to get the RESULTS you want. PALS are postcard-sized reminders that we provide for your organization to advertise your scheduled Spirit Night. Your organization is responsible for labeling your PALS with your organization’s information and then distributing them to your family, friends, teachers, & neighbors. Distribution of these PALS is a vital step in the process of hosting a Spirit Night. The PALS are required when your guest’s order is placed and are used in the store on the Spirit Night to track the number of purchases made in your organization’s name. Please turn in any unused PALS to the Chick-fil-A Supervisor on duty, prior to the start of your Spirit Night. I AGREE
PALS cannot be distributed at Chick-fil-A or surrounding property during the Spirit Night.
PERFORMANCE
Chick-fil-A asks you to provide 4 – 6 workers (6 maximum) per hour and an adult sponsor (21 or older) for the entire event. Chick-fil-A team members will be happy to train and assist you in any of the jobs. There are a variety of tasks that workers can perform:
· Greeting guests · Stocking the condiment counter
· Clearing & cleaning dining room tables · Refreshing beverages
· Sweeping floors · Offering after-dinner mints to guests
· Cleaning trays and placing new liners on them
Chick-fil-A considers it a privilege to serve our guests. Their satisfaction is of our utmost concern. Please refer any guest to our team members for extra assistance. It truly is “Our Pleasure” to serve!

Chick-fil-A wants to project a clean image and uphold our values by making a good presentation through our own appearance. We encourage your organization to wear modest shirts with your logo on it or same colored shirts so that you are easily identified. Closed toe shoes are required for safety. Long hair must be pulled back. Your organization becomes an extension and representative of our business. Please be respectful of the reputation we have in the community through your words and actions. We reserve the right to refuse organizations that do not honor our corporate purpose and mission statement. Spirit Nights are a privilege not a right. I AGREE

WHAT WE DO FOR YOU
Chick-fil-A will calculate the total of purchases made under your organization’s name and contact your representative within 3 business days. Your earned percentage amount will be determined by the amount of money your guests spend. The more people promote and participate, the more purchases made. We want to see your organization succeed.
0% for $199 and below tracked sales
10% for $200 - $600 tracked sales
15% for $601 -$1000 tracked sales
20% for $1001 and above tracked sales
Chick-fil-A will provide a “Donation/Tip Jar” in the dining room. Cash tips received in the jar on your Spirit Night will be ready for pick up along with your Spirit Night check. All workers will receive a free small drink, or small Icedream cone or cup, at the end of their shift at Spirit Night.

If you have questions during the Spirit Night, the store director or dining room host will be able to assist your organization.
Please give a 24 hour notice upon cancellation of your Spirit Night Event. Spirit Nights will not be placed on the calendar until the signed contract is returned to the restaurant. Chick-fil-A reserves the right to cancel the contract if any of the above specified standards are not being honored.
